Time to ditch the SADness.

When in desperate need of kitchen inspiration, I turn to the websites below to guide me. You are not alone when it comes to healthy eating! No need to reinvent the wheel here. Use these resources; absorb their knowledge and know-how to learn how to rock it with healthful meals for your fam. 

Do not believe for one second that healthy eating is somehow compromising taste and flavour!!! These foods taste fresh and whole and glorious and your taste buds will sing like a robin in the rain. 

There is a global shift happening right now. People are realizing that the "Standard American Diet" (aka S.A.D - pun intended) of packaged, prepared, and processed food does not make them feel well. Perhaps you may be seeing and feeling that way as well. Those foods are chemically enhanced to trick our brain into thinking that the man-made nutrient-void gut-killing cardboard we're eating is yummy. And, as you might guess, those chemicals are making us sick. 

This SAD diet over long periods of time leads to the breakdown of the human body in the form of illness and disease. Time to ditch the SADness. We don't want that for ourselves or our loved ones, so time to pick up our socks!
