The Gifts of Imperfection
Are you perfect? No. Am I? Certainly not. Is anyone? Nope. This book highlights the strengths our imperfections afford us, the individuality created by our perceived flaws and how they are actually our strengths. A great read for cozying up with a hot tea and vowing to be kinder to yourself and see the love in those imperfections.
May Cause Miracles by Gabby Bernstein
Gabby Bernstein is fast becoming one of my favourite Spirit Junkies (as she calls herself). Her story begins with self-sabatoge and addiction, and comes full circle with recovery, personal healing, spiritual education and yoga. She has a lot to teach us; she is a living example of the power of this type of work. This is one of the three books she has written; a fantastic read from an inspiring woman.
Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life by Wayne Dyer
Wayne Dyer is one of the world's leading spiritual guru's and understands first hand the power of thought in creating the life you are living - and the life you aspire to. This book has a fantastic explanation on exactly how this phenomenon works, and how to make it work in your favour! Wayne Dyer is a wealth of wisdom and knowledge and spiritual grace that we could all use a healthy dose of right about now.
