UnDiet by Meghan Telpner

If you know me, you know I LOVE Meghan Telpner. What a peach she is! So vibrant and knowledgeable, I feel honoured to have her in my health-promoting arsenal. She also suffered from Crohn's Disease and has reversed the disease completely and healed her body with food. This is her first book (hopefully of many) and it is wonderful. It covers all aspects of health - physical, mental, emotional, and certainly doesn't leave out the health of the planet and sustainability. The photography makes this book an absolute pleasure, and the recipes have effortlessly made their way into my family's regular repertoire. If you don't have it yet, I highly recommend you get your hands on this cookbook!

Oh She Glows by Angela Liddon

Food is an extremely powerful form of medicine, and if you are considering dabbling in vegan dishes, this is a cookbook you must check out. Angela is another local girl who is rocking it with her primarily online business - blog, recipes, and now very successful cookbook. An endless resource for health-promoting dishes, Angela Liddon is a girl you need to know. Follow her, like her, and check out her book!

Chloe's Kitchen by Chloe Coscarelli

If you're looking for the most adorable vegan chef on the face of the planet, look no further. Here she is! Chloe was a contestant on a television cooking contest called Cupcake Wars, and took the cake (no pun intended)! She WON the contest with *vegan* cupcakes and was competing against full-on butter, milk, egg and cream cheese containing cupcakes. Now that says something! She prides herself on creating EASY recipes with everyday ingredients that you have in your pantry right now. She has recently released a second book containing only vegan Italian dishes - I have included both for your perusing pleasure!
