This tiny gesture is a humungous step in the direction of feeling full of energy and free of symptoms and illness! I am not a huge proponent of doing "diets" or other forms of huge life overhauls in the interest of health - I think it's fairly unrealistic for most people, and difficult to sustain for the long term. My theory is that if we can do a few minor tweaks at a time, we will be encouraged to do more lifestyle tweaking and habit changes because we are feeling better:

Clearer bowels, clearer skin, no brain-fog or grogginess - just clean, clear, pure, high energy.

Our bodies are supremely, beautifully sophisticated machines when they're not gummed up by all the junk. So way to take the first step toward cutting the junk!
